We believe in the value and welfare of human life and will support HCF's vision of adding value to lives. We believe that every human being deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
Collaborative Effort
We believe that WE is more important than ME, and we will work in unity with other members on any task that is assigned to us or that we volunteer for; and for the sake of our shared vision.
Faithful Stewardship
We are financially committed to the Educational Support Program ESP, and other HCF projects. We are careful to do the best we can with the things that God has given us, and that includes our time, gifts (talents & abilities), money, health, and relationships.

We will seize opportunities to grow personally because we know that our transformation enables transformation in others.
Nurture
We understand that people are the heartbeat of God, and mentoring is the heartbeat of HCF. Therefore, ~ We will do our best to see that our relationships (family, professional, HCF) flourish under our watch. ~ We will allocate time to interact with and nurture the mentees God has placed under our tutelage.
